Terms and Conditions for Luggage Drop Website and App
Arbitration Agreement
Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the use of the Luggage Drop website or app shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. This arbitration agreement is made pursuant to a transaction involving interstate commerce and shall be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. §§ 1–16.
Luggage Drop Services Overview
Luggage Drop offers a variety of services to help travelers store, transport, and manage their luggage and personal belongings. These services may include, but are not limited to:
- Storage Services: Secure, short-term storage solutions for travelers who need to temporarily store their luggage while in transit or exploring.
- Delivery Services: Pickup and drop-off services to and from airports, hotels, or other locations.
- Shipping Services: Options to ship luggage or personal belongings to another location.
- Repair Services: Repair services for damaged luggage and personal belongings.
- Package Acceptance Services: Have packages delivered to our location for safekeeping until pickup.
- Other Services: Additional services as needed or requested by customers.
Eligibility
The Luggage Drop website and app are intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years old. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and are fully able and competent to enter into these Terms and Conditions.
Accounts & Registration
Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Payments
All payments must be made through the website or app using a valid payment method. Luggage Drop may change fees at any time.
Pricing
Service fees are displayed at booking and may vary by service type, location, and other factors.
Safety & Security Fee
A Safety & Security Fee may apply and will be displayed at checkout in addition to other service fees.
Authorization
By using the website or app, you authorize Luggage Drop to charge your selected payment method for booked services and applicable fees.
Delinquent Accounts
If payment is declined or your account becomes delinquent, Luggage Drop may suspend or terminate access to services.
Waiver
Luggage Drop is not liable for loss or damage to luggage or personal belongings while in our care. By using our services, you waive claims against Luggage Drop for such loss or damage, subject to any purchased coverage below.
Luggage Drop Coupons
Coupons/discounts may be offered periodically and may include expiration dates and usage restrictions. Review and comply with all coupon terms.
Cancellation Policy
Due to limited capacity, services are reservation-based. Cancellations must be requested in writing at least 24 hours before your scheduled drop-off to request a future service credit. At our discretion, refunds to the original payment method may be issued for extenuating circumstances; any refund will be reduced by applicable payment processing fees. No refunds or cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of your check-in time.
Prohibited Items
We do not allow storage/transport of illegal or hazardous materials, perishable goods, living animals, or valuable items such as jewelry or cash. Luggage Drop is not liable for any loss or damage to prohibited items.
Drop Guard Coverage
Optional Drop Guard Coverage may be available for an additional fee. This provides financial compensation for loss or damage to your luggage and personal belongings while in our care, up to $2,500 per reservation. Terms, exclusions, and conditions apply and will be provided at purchase.
Excluded Items
Coverage may exclude illegal/hazardous materials, perishables, living animals, and high-value items such as jewelry or cash. Review all coverage exclusions before purchase.
Burden of Proof
You are responsible for providing evidence of loss or damage (e.g., receipts, photos, documentation) when filing a claim.
Cooperation
You agree to cooperate fully with Luggage Drop in the investigation and resolution of any claim.
Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the website/app to book and use our services. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
Ownership & Proprietary Rights
The website/app and all content are the property of Luggage Drop and protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
User Content
By submitting reviews or other content, you grant Luggage Drop a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in any media, and you represent you have the rights to do so.
Limited License Granted to Luggage Drop
By using the website/app, you grant Luggage Drop a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use information and materials you provide to deliver services.
Communications
We may contact you via email, SMS, push notifications, or phone in connection with services and as disclosed in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to these communications. Prohibited Conduct
Do not use the website/app in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it, or interfere with others’ use. No illegal or unauthorized use, including hacking or spam.

Disclaimers; No Warranties
The website/app and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luggage Drop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or use, arising from or related to your use of the website/app or services.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the website/app shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
No Class Actions
You agree to resolve disputes with Luggage Drop on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in class or representative actions.
Governing Law
These Terms and your use of the website/app are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

No Support Requirement
Luggage Drop is under no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the website or app.
Notice Regarding Apple Devices
If you access the website/app on an Apple device, you acknowledge these Terms are between you and Luggage Drop—not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the website/app and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if any). To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses are Luggage Drop’s responsibility.
Mobile Terms of Service (US Short Code Program)
Program Name: Luggage Drop Alerts
Program Description
By opting in to Luggage Drop Alerts, you agree to receive SMS/text messages related to luggage storage, bag drop, delivery, event notifications, account and service updates, booking confirmations and reminders, customer support messages, and occasional promotional offers.
Opt-In
You may opt in by submitting your mobile number and consenting on our website, app, at participating in-person locations, or by otherwise affirmatively enrolling in the program.
Opt-Out Instructions
To stop receiving messages, text “STOP” to our short code at any time. After you send “STOP,” we will send a confirmation SMS that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, opt in again through any enrollment method.

Message Frequency & Disclosure

Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent Not a Condition
Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase of any goods or services.

Terms of Service for Public Events
Welcome to Luggage Drop Events! We provide bag drop, phone charging, and other storage services at public events. By using our services, you agree to the following:
Luggage Drop Services
We do not store illegal items, including but not limited to drugs, alcohol or tobacco products from minors, or stolen property. Staff must be made aware of all firearms and other weapons inside bags so they can be secured properly. We reserve the right to inspect bags/items our staff deems suspicious or a potential threat to public safety.
Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual without cause.
Damage to Property
Luggage Drop is not responsible for damage caused by the spilling, malfunction, or explosion of other property within the same bag. We are not responsible for “Normal Wear and Tear” arising from moving and storing items. Any damage must be reported and documented before you depart from our staff.
Additional Storage Fees
We may charge an additional day of storage fees for each 24-hour period an item is not retrieved by its owner.
Abandoned Items
Any item left in our possession for 30 days or more is considered abandoned and becomes property of Luggage Drop. We reserve the right to charge up to 30 days of storage fees between drop-off and abandonment.
Claim Tickets
We will only return bags/items to individuals who present the claim ticket(s) matching the tag(s) assigned to each item.
Mobile Events
After mobile events, unretrieved items are transported to our nearest brick-and-mortar facility. Additional daily storage fees may apply. Customers may arrange shipment at their expense.
Retrieving Items After the Event
If you fail to retrieve items by the event’s designated close time, you must retrieve them from our store at 501 Union Street, Nashville, TN 37219 between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. To make other arrangements, call 615-802-3500.
Insurance
Luggage Drop insures each paid bag and its contents up to $2,500 per bag. Items stored as a courtesy without a paid storage fee, or items outside an insured bag, are not insured.
Modification of Terms
We may modify these event terms at any time by posting updates. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
Governing Law
These event terms and your use of our services are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
