We are a group of avid travelers who have (more times than we care to admit) found ourselves in a new city wanting to rapidly start exploring the sights and sounds that city has to offer, only to be burdened down with bulky luggage packed full of our precious stuff.

In 2019 We launched Luggage Drop in downtown Nashville, TN to help ease that pain point for travelers visiting the awesome city of Nashville!

We know your personal belongings are super important to you, and we are sure you have a few questions, but we might have answered them before!

Our locations offers a dedicated storage area in a designated area that’s off-limits for the public.  All items will be tagged and secured to make sure you can go about your day free from worry.

We understand that plans change, flights get cancelled, boyfriends get lost. We get it! You may cancel your reservation up until 24 Hours Before Your Check-In Time, so we can release your reserved space to other travelers.

If one person can pick it up, then it likely we will take it! We do obviously have a limited list of prohibited items which can be found here. Still unsure? Just click the “Chat With Us’ button and we can confirm your item is eligible for Luggage Drop Storage! 

You tell us! Think of us as your personal storage locker all around the city. Use LD to store luggage, gym bags, backpacks, massage tables, sales material, or whatever is holding you down.

We store your items safely out of reach from other customers. We can also tag and seal every item, so you can store your things knowing they won’t be tampered with. 

Luggage Drop’s Drop Guard Coverage is there to help provide peace of mind that if anything happens to your items (outside of normal wear and tear) while in our care you are covered up to $2500 per reservation!

So rest assured that your items are safe with Luggage Drop!

Every piece of luggage, backpack, purse, bag etc. qualifies as an item and must be included in your reservation to be stored at one of our dedicated storage locations. 

We are here to make your trip as simple as possible! However, we currently do not provide delivery services in every market. After you confirm your booking you can reach out to the location to determine if delivery service is available in your desired market. 

We understand delays and late flights happen.  If you would like to schedule a luggage pick up or drop off outside of our regular storage hours simply give us a call at +1-615-802-3500 to check availability. 

There is a flat rate $25 charge per reservation for this service, and arrangements must be made at least 24 Hours in advance for early drop-offs!

Yes! Your items can safely be stored for up to 30 days at our locations!
