The staff is very friendly. Quick to respond. A safe place to keep your luggage while you explore the city. It is less than 10 min walk to Broadway. Rates are pretty reasonable too ($7 flat for any size bag for a day) and you can reserve for free and pay at the drop-off

Great service, we were met at the door by a member of staff, our bags were checked in and stored securely while we went to explore the city. Easy and fast pick up when we got back, we would definitely use this service again.

What an excellent service! We had the pleasure of interacting with two employees on a Sunday and they were the most friendly people despite having an unexpected busy day. Check in with super easy and check out was super easy too. It felt secure and was convenient to Broadway. So very handy when your flight is later in the day!

Very helpful to drop off my bags and walk around downtown before my flight. The workers there were informative and helpful as well. The bags seemed very secure as it needed several verifications from the people working there to enter the room where all the bags were kept.

Had a great experience at the Nashville Luggage Drop! We worked with two different employees who were both kind and organized, and we felt like our luggage was secure. Only reason we couldn't give it 5 stars due to difficulty navigating the check-out process online - there was no way to delete.
