We recommend space for at least 10 bags for our partners to be most successful! Keep in mind you are always in full control of your space and can adjust your capacity at any time.
What about security & liability?
Every booking is covered by our Drop Guard Coverage, giving both you and travelers peace of mind. Hosts aren’t responsible for what’s inside a bag, and our Terms of Service protect your business from liability.
Is there a contract or start up cost?
Nope! There are no fees, hidden costs, or long-term commitments. Becoming a Luggage Drop Host is completely free—you earn from day one.
How much of my time is needed to be a Host?
Very little. Checking bags in and out typically takes just a minute or two. Most hosts spend less than 2 minutes per booking while earning extra income and foot traffic. Our customers spend additional money 58% of the time in our partner locations increasing your earnings even more!
When do I get paid?
You’ll receive payouts automatically for all completed bookings. Earnings are deposited directly to your bank account through our secure payment system which is powered by Stripe, the worlds largest and most trusted online payment processor.
Do I need any special hardware?
No special equipment is required. All you need is a smartphone, tablet, or computer to manage bookings through our platform. Everything else is handled online.
Can I pause or limit bookings?
Yes. You’re always in control of your availability. You can set capacity limits, block off dates, or pause bookings anytime with just a few clicks. Feel like taking the day off? Just click close for today to instantly close your drop spot on our platform.
